Candy Pay Back, 2006

Dr. Allison and PFC Austin Collom, a marine with the 2nd Battalion, prepare a shipment of candy to troops (and children) in Iraq.

Candy was collected from our patients though our “Trick or Treat Candy Buy Back” program.

“The event was a great success and put smiles on many children's faces as they received a $1 per pound of candy they turned in.”, stated Dr. Allison.

The event was initiated by Dr. Allison to stress the point that sugar not only hurts a child's teeth and can contribute to other unhealthy side effects such as unwanted body weigh, hyperactivity, suppressed immune system, and diabetes.

The program rewards children by letting them turn trick or treating into an alternative fun event for the kids.

Thanks to our many friends who took part in the event.

And a special thanks to New Hope Church of Brentwood for their help as well!

My neck pain is for the most part gone after getting treated by the pain-free Activator. I have a hard time with neck cracking and I like that this treatment does not involve twisting.
